Pancake cốm là một biến tấu gần gũi với người Việt. Hương cốm thơm quyện đều với hỗn hợp bột chiên thành những miếng bánh chín vàng đều nhỏ nhỏ, thích hợp cho bữa sáng đầy dưỡng chất.
Trứng gà đánh bông vừa đủ. Bột mì trộn bột nở đánh đều cùng với sữa. các bạn có thể dùng phớ đánh trứng (giống như trong hình) để đánh cho bột không bị vón cục nhé!
Giờ thì trộn đều trứng, bột mì, bơ và muối, đường cho vừa ăn rồi đổ cốm vào, khuấy lên cho đều nhé!
Cho ít dầu ăn vào chảo, để lửa vừa, đừng để lửa to nhé, chút nữa mình đổ bột vào sẽ bị cháy đấy. Khi bơ (dầu ăn) đã chảy, múc 1 muỗng hỗn hợp đổ vào, độ dày mỏng là do mình đổ nhé! Khi bột nổi bong bóng hãy lật mặt nhé, mặt dưới chín là mình bỏ pancake ra được rồi.
Bạn nào thích ăn ngọt thì thử như mình đặt một miếng bơ nhỏ và rưới mật ong hay maple syrup lên trên mặt bánh xem sao nhé.
