Đầu tiên, bạn ngâm rửa sạch dâu, bỏ cuống rồi cắt đôi. Vỏ chanh bào nhỏ hoặc bằm nhỏ. Cho dâu, đường và vỏ chanh vào tô lớn.

Thêm rượu vodka và nước cốt chanh vào hỗn hợp trên, trộn đều rồi để ngâm trong 1 giờ.

Sau 1 giờ, bạn cho hỗn hợp dâu vừa ngâm, lá húng tây, phô mai và heavy cream vào máy xay sinh tố. Xay cho đến khi hỗn hợp thật mịn.

Cho hỗn hợp vào tô lớn rồi để trong ngăn đá tủ lạnh trong ít nhất 4 giờ. Để kem có độ đông lý tưởng, tốt nhất nên làm lạnh kem qua đêm nhé!
