Excellent for non-alcoholic cocktails
I love a cocktail as much as anyone, but there are times when it doesn't make sense to have alcohol, so I wanted to test this out as an alternative, and I'm happy I did. It's not trying to be a fake gin, or vodka, or anything like that, it's just its own thing, and as with gin and vodka and other spirits, it won't be for everyone. That said, it definitely is for me. The taste is hard to describe, but as others have said, it definitely tastes like a "grown-up" drink. I like it mixed with tonic water and a little lime. That's the only way I've had it so far, but I plan to try it with other things. Perhaps I'll come back and update this review when I do. For now, though, even just with tonic, I'm giving it a thumbs up!

Best Mocktail I've Ever Had
Seedlip is amazing. The Garden flavor perfectly fools you when mixed with soda water or tonic that there is a nice floral gin in the glass. I've been trying to cut my alcohol intake and this is now my go-to after work drink - refreshing, lovely. I have bought 4 bottles so far.

Hello, NA martini!
I've mostly given up alcohol for various reasons, but I really miss the briny, complex flavors of a good gin martini. I used Seedlip Garden 108 to create a substitute: 2 shots Seedlip, 1/2 shot olive juice, ~ 1 TBSP lemon juice, shaken and served up in a chilled martini glass with 2 olives. It doesn't taste like gin, but it is really good. I like my martinis extra dirty, so others might prefer a little less olive brine. It makes a very nice, sophisticated alternative to the usual run of rubbish that masquerades as a "mocktail". Highly recommended!

Yes to Garden, No to Spice
I'm giving this 5 stars because Garden was a revelation. It is so nice to have a such a sophisticated option for nonalcoholic drinks, and if only one of them could be a winner, I'm glad it's Garden. I don't even see the point of Spice. I feel like I paid $40 for a bottle of tap water in which someone once floated a clove and some allspice before straining it into a fancy bottle.

Answer to the Prayers of A Pregnant Mom and Borderline Diabetic
My niece is pregnant but loves cocktails. I'm a borderline Diabetic who takes a number of medications which react badly with most alcohol. This delightful beverage was described as "gin adjacent", and that seems very accurate to me. Mixed with a little tonic water or sparkling water, my niece and I can enjoy cocktails with our spouses and not worry about alcohol. Very happy and excited to try the other flavors!

Complex, Adult flavor!
As someone who can't drink due to an alcohol allergy this is a godsend! When I make virgin cocktails with this it has a complex adult (not sweet) taste. I think a lot of people who can't drink will really appreciate this especially when the only virgin options are usually super sugary lemonades/soda etc. The bottle is pricey but so are nicer spirits so I don't mind, although I do hope more bars/restaurants will stock this as it's the kind of thing I'd love to order while out. It seems like people are upset this doesn't taste exactly like gin, but I think you need to have an open mind, it's a unique product with a unique taste and mixed with tonic waters etc. it really tastes amazing. If you can handle alcohol I think you'd be more likely to brush this product aside as it's expensive and not exactly a replacement for gin, but if you're someone who has to stay away from alcohol (or is really motivated to cut back) let me tell you it's worth it!

Refreshing, crisp, herbaceous
Tried this tonight with some club soda and really liked it! It’s a really good substitute if you like an herbal gin-like flavor that’s not sweet. It doesn’t taste exactly like gin, more herbaceous (I think pea shoots are one of the flavors) so don’t expect it to taste exactly like gin!

It's not Alcohol But it Adds Oomph to Mocktails - NO SUGAR!
I love both this one and the herbal one I got. They both taste great and add an extra flavor to mocktails that makes them taste way better. I especially like Negroni and a dirty martini. I will buy these again. They've been great while I've not been able to have Whiskey and Wine.

Unique flavor... just don't freeze it like I did :(
I tried this and thought it was a fun alternative to gin (or even to mix with gin when you want a slightly less boozy gin & tonic). The flavor is very grassy/vegetal but if you're already into botanical gins you might enjoy it. That said, it does NOT taste like gin... so if that's really what you're looking for you probably need to stick to the real thing. I ordered a bottle for myself, put it in the freezer with my gin like an idiot, and came back to a glass explosion. PSA: as this is not made with alcohol, it will freeze...

Enjoying all sorts of experiments with this!
We've been playing with the Seedlip garden for a few months now, and it's been a lot of fun -- some hits and some misses, of course, but we've also had some great moments of mocktail serendipity that we wouldn't trade for anything. Case in point: Lagunitas is now making a hop-flavored sparkling water. Just for hecks, we put a shot of Seedlip garden over ice, topped it with the hop-water, and drizzled in about a teaspoon of agave nectar. It is a Good Drink, and we'll happily serve it to any of our friends who might be avoiding alcohol. Another favorite combo is Seedlip Garden with Fevertree Elderflower tonic water. If you think of floral flavors/aromas when mixing this, you probably can't go wrong. We've also had fun working the cool/green angle on this, with muddled cucumber and basil. Highly recommended.
